A Letter from the Author

Dear Sisters,

We live in a world that teaches us to avoid pain "by any means necessary" through various forms of self-medication. Advertisers take advantage of the fact that we use several different types of numbing agents such as sex, illicit and prescription drugs, TV, social media, memory suppression, depression, etc in order to mask our pain, thus creating a festering wound of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual suffering and dis-ease.

Unfortunately, when we run away from facing the pain, we inadvertently create a traumatic relationship to original event due to the fact that we loose our sense of connection to our inner truth, our authentic self, our divine essence.

In my book Mommy, I share with you the trials and tribulations of my own personal journey to Birth my Goddess from within. I will share with you ways to acknowledge, accept, and ultimately appreciate the various historical events and present circumstances of your life in order to heal your body, mind, heart, and soul...For Our Children's Sake.
